Today is the start of the Cherry Blossom festival in DC so a few of us are headed down to see what it and the Kite Festival are all about! Hope to be able to post a few cool pictures later today. (Ok not my favorite but here are a few)

Labor Day Block Party
September 4, 2007Well today a few of my neighbors and I decided we were going to pull the grill around to the front of the house and have a labor day BBQ. A great time was had by all and a request to do it again was made! Between this and our sunset front step cocktails we could have a fun Fall!

No Shoes, No Shirt (no Problem)…Kenny Chesney in Concert this Saturday
August 25, 2007Yeahooo I am very excited for the Kenny Chesney Concert tomorrow at Nissan. Looks like there is going to be a very fun crowd going so that makes a great day that much better!

Well the concert was a great time. We started a bit late in getting to Nissan but it all worked out well. We even manged to keep the rain away through the trusty use of a blue tarp, close line and beaners. Guess the firehouse has taught us a thing or two.
